The Superskas – The Ultimate Tribute to Ska

Energetic 8-piece, The Superskas return to the NAC for their first show in 4 years, making their debut at the New Horizons marquee stage. Get ready for the party and join us for some outdoor bank holiday afternoon fun in the sun, soaking up the sounds of authentic floor-filling ska anthems.

Complete with horn section and male and female vocals, the band look as good as they sound. Covering hits from first wave artists such as Toots & The Maytals and Desmond Dekker, through to second wave artists such as The Specials and Madness.

We’ve got it all: drinks, street food and a DJ to warm you up spinning classic slabs of Ska and 2tone. Whatever the weather, Superskas are guaranteed to bring a little sunshine!

Superskas Highlights include; Live collaborations with Damon Albarn of Blur, Dave Wakeling, Ranking Roger and The Beat. Performing at the Specials after-party, performing on the same bill as Madness at the House Of Fun Weekender Butlins Minehead and supporting Reggae royalty Steel Pulse and Musical Youth.

The Superskas have also enjoyed headlining numerous festivals, scooter rallies and corporate events across the UK and are highly experienced in playing weddings, functions, parties and promoting their own shows. The ultimate tribute to ska.
