Bringing together a community of people who are all aiming to raise awareness on how care leavers are supported or not supported.

This will include poetry, art, drama, performance, music informative workshops from both local and national established artists. The exhibition enables people from all walks of life discover and share in a range of diverse thoughts, feelings and emotions, expressed through the creative arts.
