Get set for the ultimate summer celebration! The 46th Wolverhampton Summer Festival of Beer & Cider, hosted by CAMRA, is just around the corner.
This year’s festival promises an impressive selection of beers and ciders, ensuring there’s something for every palate. And for those who fancy something a little different, there will also be a dedicated gin bar.
But it’s not just about the drinks. CAMRA are turning up the heat with live music performances on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. So, mark your calendars and prepare for a summer party you won’t forget!
WOLVERHAMPTON CAMRA SUMMER BEER AND CIDER FESTIVAL FEATURING:
Contactless card payment throughout the festival – from entry to paying for drinks.
Featuring 45 real ales, 10 ciders, international bottled beers, craft in a can, and a gin bar.
Live music on Friday evening and Saturday evening, with a family-friendly afternoon on Saturday.
Bands confirmed so far include New Ruffians, a traditional Celtic punk band, playing on Friday evening. On Saturday afternoon, we have The Ukeing Wolves, Wolverhampton’s own ukulele band. Saturday evening will feature The Barley Beats, who play a variety of music genres including folk, blues, rock n roll, pop, and country.
Families are welcome on Saturday afternoon until 8pm (under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult).
There will be games and arts and crafts activities in the marquee.
On Saturday afternoon, CAMRA members receive one free half pint token on entry if they show their valid CAMRA card. This offer applies to beers or ciders up to 4.5 ABV
