This interactive session is inclusive for all ages and explores methods for how to calm the mind when dealing with the many adversities in life.
By using techniques from the popular “Calm Mind Journal” collection, from trauma-based therapy Cheryl will help you navigate through many common challenges, leaving you with new empowering life changing ways to use every day.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Parking is very limited at all of the #LoveTheReans Festival sites. We recommend you utilise public transport to attend the festival where possible if you don’t live within walking distance.
On street parking is available near to each site, and there is paid parking available in the Stan Cullis carpark at the Molineaux Stadium if you are attending an event at Newhampton Arts Centre.
There are some accessible parking spaces available on site at each venue, if you require an accessible parking space to be reserved please get in touch.
