The first ever orchestral concerts for schools in Wolverhampton. Made up of the Wolverhampton Symphony Orchestra and The Youth Orchestra, conducted by Peter Morris and Catriona Roberts, the concerts were presented by Rachel Leach a published composer and celebrated educator who is passionate about the value of using classical music in the classroom. The programme included classic pieces through history from Vivaldi , Beethoven, Grieg and Bizet, right up to modern day compositions used in gaming and film scores. These included Super Mario Bros, Slumdog Millionaire and How to Train Your Dragon.
